How To Register My Security Screen Warranty

To make sure you understand the care and maintenance guidelines, and covered for warranty claims on your security mesh down the track, our supplier needs you to register your warranty.

We have provided quick and easy, step by step instructions on “How to register your security screen Warranty” below.

Simple Steps To Registering Your Security Screen Warranty

1. Click on our Warranty page via our SP Screens website, scroll down to Security Screen Doors & Windows
2. Click on the arrow to drop down more information
3. Click on the CommandeX Product Warranty link, this will take you to a new page
4. Select one or more security mesh brands that you have had installed, such as SaltWaterSeries, Secureview or Xceed
5. Here you will have 2 x options to chose from: Standard Warranty or Extended Warranty
6. Please note, with the Extended Warranty you will require the purchase and application of CommandeX Clean and Protect product. Standard warranty you wont
7. Enter your details such as Name, Email, Phone and Address
8. Then enter your installers details such as the Installation Company (SP Screens), Address (use your local SP Screens address), Quote Number and Date of Installation
9. Make sure you check out the Product and Warranty Terms and Conditions
10. If you are opting for the extended warranty, make sure you agree to the purchase and application of the CommandeX Clean and Protect product
11. Remember you dont need to purchase any CommandeX cleaning products for your standard warranty, only for extended
12. Lastly, click SEND MY WARRANTY FORM and you’re done

You will receive a Thank You email from our supplier CommandeX.

To help you take care of your new Security Screens, CommandeX will send you a free cleaning mit. To qualify, all you need to do is reply to their email with a photo of your new Security Screens to be used for advertising purposes. You don’t need to be a professional, but they ask to please try and capture the whole product in the photo.
